It boasts an elegant and modern island-style courtyard and serves a delightful cuisine that is based on traditional recipes – often with a “twist.” You should try the chickpea soup that is slowly baked in a clay pot with rosemary; the stuffed cabbage rolls; the pies with cheese and honey; the linguini or orzo pasta with seafood, and the braised veal with traditional pasta. The kitchen also knows how to handle fish, which is grilled to perfection, and its bouillabaisse is a must-try dish.
