The contemporary Greek cuisine, the fish pasta, the fish mezes and the fresh fish form the backbone of the menu. The wine list is remarkable, the service is fast and efficient, and Marios is omnipresent, explaining to the diners “why this year the chef added to the skewered shrimps” or “how well does the olive cream work with the calamari.” The spaghetti with fish is a must-eat dish.
