In his picturesque taverna, Thanasis Sfougaris serves fresh fried and grilled fish and dishes with vegetables and pulses, depending on the season, such as boiled zucchini with “anthotyro” soft cheese and mint, string beans cooked with onion and giant beans with fresh onion - all ethereal and delicious. Don’t leave without trying the chub mackerel carpaccio: something between sushi and Ceviche, sweet and flavored with caper leaves. For dessert, pear boiled in Assyrtiko wine and flavored with natural vanilla.
