Ecology, organic farming and homemade tastes of high standards. The menu changes daily. Oven-roasted rabbit or lamb with oregano, braised pork in wine sauce and “briam” (mixed roasted vegetables). Excellent ingredients, homemade wholemeal bread – perfect with olives and peppery ladotyri cheese. Ask for the “kaltsounia” (sweet cheese pastries).
