Driving on the peninsula of Kassandra from Afytos to the south, turn left on a dirt road to the “Porto Valitsa” (the scenery is enchanting). There, hidden amidst the trees, you’ll find the buildings of the hotel. Comfortable apartments, with sitting room (with fireplace) and balcony with view - particularly those of the upper floor. The couple of the hotel’s owners will impress you. Photos from the exhibition that they host there every year pop up among the trees and plants of the garden. Other cultural events are also organized (the hotel features a theater and cinema that seats 220 people). The restaurant faces the sea and the cuisine is traditional Greek. The sea, which is accessible by stairs, is wonderful.
