The brand new hotel – the sister of “Bill & Coo” in Megali Ammos – is a boutique hotel with 15 suites that spread over a large area by the sea, at Agios Ioannis, with views of Delos. The known architectural agency K-Studio created a stylish environment of quiet luxury in the suites, with hints of Cycladic austerity, which does not distract guests with unnecessary elements but favors relaxation and affords magnificent sea views from the huge French windows. The same style also prevails in the area of the main swimming pool and the all-day restaurant “Taverna” that offers Greek flavors created by Michalis Kikis, a close associate of award-winning Chef Athenagoras Kostakos.
