A sophisticated (tastewise) tavern that serves in a cool courtyard and a crowded beach bar. Chef Marinos Souranis is a master when it comes to salt-cured food (excellent bottarga, and chewy salted bonito), and uses products sourced from small local producers for his neo-traditional cuisine. Greek Cuisine Award 2018. The standout dishes: pork roasted in a clay pot with fennel and fresh mulberries; lobster ravioli with artichokes; and golden grouper with vegetables.
