Minimal design, elegant atmosphere, and sea views, on the luxurious terrace of the "Bill & Coo" restaurant. Chef Dinos Fotinakis serves down-to-earth modern cuisine and, among other things, borrows ideas from the Greek tradition. Excellent desserts and interesting wine list. Effective service. The dishes that stand out: Sea urchin ravioli with shrimp bisque, black cod with nori al prolita seaweed.
