The trim tavern of the sui generis Antonis Ghion in the shipyards at the edge of the port is famous for its appetizers. Plays with fresh fish and seafood, among which we singled out the hot hard clam, the exquisite smoked eel on a bruschetta with wasabi, the sun-dried mackerel, and the roasted sardines. Nice fish roe salad, string beans, and “Volaki” cheese from Tinos.
