In the beautiful neo-classical building with the pebbled courtyard and the traditional arches, Chef Dimitris Mavrikos trains our palates to the DNA of Rhodian cuisine, combining fresh ingredients sourced from small local producers and interesting ingredients such as molasses and carob honey. Between the fragrant spreads with chickpeas and fish roe that serve as appetizers, and the explosive main courses, there are dozens of intense flavors and delicious recipes that bring “Mavrikos” to the front line of the island’s gastronomy since 1933.
