On the national road that goes from Serres to Drama and Kavala, in the village of Skopia, Andreas Stavridis offers excellent meat dishes. He uses only Greek meats, which he lets age and then grills or roasts to perfection. His restaurant is a benchmark in the region and beyond. It features a decent interior space and a small terrace for the summer.
