This amazing Venetian mansion of 1600 is hidden away in the alleys of the old town. In summer, it serves in its elegant courtyard, in spring and autumn in its traditional dining hall. Modern Greek cuisine with Cretan hues. Ask to be shown around the mansion. The standout dishes are the octopus with chickpeas, spinach, and ginger; the poached egg cured ham and smoked gruyere; and the pastries with cheese and greens.
