This very stylish restaurant–cocktail bar with the refined aesthetics is housed in a wonderfully refurbished stone-built house at the edge of Agios Georgios beach. The menu is in line with the trends of contemporary Greek cuisine and is based on local and Cycladic products. In the winter, the place turns into a meat restaurant. The cocktail list is curated by the bartender Christos Housseas, and the labels on the wine list are thoughtfully selected.
