Modern style in the dining hall that exudes the coziness of the place’s thirty-year-long history. Chef Constantinos Fournaris creates a menu that includes iconic dishes of urban Greek cuisine, traditional recipes but also some iconic creations of French gastronomy. Try the “pasticcio” with lasagna, spinach, minced meat, potato cream, and herbs sauce, and the rooster in a mushroom crust.
