Laid out with a bar’s philosophy, with high tables/benches and stools, Omega-3 at the beach of Platis Yalos is modern, bohemian and fond of traveling as much as the Mediterranean cuisine of Chef Yiorgos Samoilis that puts emphasis on the sea (with some jsp references) and relies strongly on Greek ingredients. Several dishes of fish and seafood tartare and ceviche; amberjack tiradito; grilled octopus tentacle with a syrup of smoked sweet red wine; royal scallops baked with black garlic; slowly cooked octopus stew with chickpea; fresh cuttlefish baked with its ink; fish roe and sea urchin; tuna Tataki tuna with pickled mustard seed. The wine list contains over 50 labels from the Greek vineyard, including some excellent options from small producers.
