Delicious plates from the quite long list, which puts emphasis on fresh fish and local meats cooked to order and also serves some original ready-made dishes (delectable shrimps with couscous, pasta with squid). Ingredients from their vegetable garden and their coops, good organization and quick service. Elevated, well-lit hall with spectacular views of the Turkish coast and the city of Chios, nice paved courtyard and large terrace.
