Alpha Guide's evaluation
Two complexes at the edge of the traditional village of Oia, members of Small Luxury Hotels. “Canaves Oia” has a more minimalist style while “Canaves Oia Suites” is elegant, with a touch of luxury. All rooms and suites have a terrace that faces the Caldera and some have a Jacuzzi. Each suite is unique in terms of size and amenities (10 have an open air jacuzzi on a private deck), while the “Canaves” suite has a private swimming pool. Gourmet Mediterranean cuisine restaurant on the deck of one of the two pools and romantic cave-cellar for private degustation dinner. Massage and body therapy in the room (upon request). The elevator in “Canaves Oia Suites” is extremely practical.
