Villa Rossa – the stately mansion of a tobacco merchant that was built in 1903 – was named after its red colour and is the only building in Kryoneri, i.e. the main beach of Parga, with views of the islet of Panagia (Virgin Mary), the traditional settlement, and the Venetian castle. It also has direct access to the sea. Making the most of the original materials, the furniture and light fixtures in the high-ceilinged rooms of Villa Rossa combine aesthetics with modern amenities. In the fully refurbished, colorful building of the Rosanea complex (old tobacco factory), the apartments with the joyful stylistic touches offer comfort and design. Beautiful Mediterranean garden with umbrellas and sun loungers. The a la carte breakfast is served in the impressive restaurant that offers Greek and Mediterranean cuisine by the sea, within a stone’s throw of the islet of Panagia, and is open to outside customers too.
