An unfussy and stylish beach restaurant on the beach of Platis Yalos (with tables set on the sand). A personal cuisine with clear flavors that embraces the Mediterranean Sea (with a hint of Thai) and likes organic ingredients and vegetables. The Israeli Nadav Korenfeld makes four versions of hummus, Sicilian arancini on beetroot cream; grilled cabbage leaves stuffed with chopped lamb and bulgur; handmade tortelli stuffed with blites; and sour cream cheese with carrot puree. He skillfully grills the lamb chops and the beef onglet that is served with steamed vegetables as well as the roasted sea bass with zucchini, beetroot, and sea fennel, and makes delightful desserts. The food is served in beautiful ceramic dinnerware, a reference to the restaurant’s name. Noteworthy wine cellar with about 30 labels from small Greek producers and also from France, Italy, and Lebanon.
