The breathtaking view from the dining hall and the veranda on the Caldera and the Volcano is the magical setting for the sui generis creations of the award-winning Chef Nikos Pouliasis. With his maximalist temperament, he dares combinations of Greek raw materials with known international flavors. Excellent wine list. Try the roasted foie gras with vegetable terrine and red apple peel sauce, as well as the tuna fillet with white eggplant mousse and red vinegar syrup. Toque d’Or 2018.

      Γλυκειά φάβα με γλυκά δαμάσκηνα, άβραστο ριζότο και ποπ κόρν στο κεικ ντοματοκεφτέ!! Παντελής απουσία ντόπιων υλικών ψάρι ή κρέατος.Απογοήτευση -δεν ξαναγυρνώ. Σε 1 ή 2 φάλτσα συγχωρείς, αλλά όλα όχι
