One of the best restaurants on the island. It serves on an elegant, seaside deck that offers views of the vast skyline and the Chora of Tenos and a shady courtyard. Chef Stefanos Marangos handles the frying pan with mastery and suggests dishes from the tradition of Tenos and the Cyclades in general, such as the delicious chickpeas that are cooked in a clay pot. The fish that the owner, Marinos Souranis, ages with excellent skill and knowledge, and the bottarga he makes from selected fish are the menu’s highlights. High-quality service.
