A hundred-year-old country house turned into a stylish restaurant, with elegantly set tables that reach down to the sea. In the kitchen, Ms. Toula Katsarou-Vergeti prepares with mastery appetizers and main dishes influenced by the Greek and Corfiot tradition, with some international touches also being present. The salads are full of imagination, with the Corfiot salad – with “nubulo” cured ham and cumquat – standing out. The herbs come from the vegetable garden on the back side. The restaurant’s best dessert is the stuffed pear with mascarpone and caramel. Excellent wine list.
