Very close to the beach extolled by songwriter Markos Vamvakaris, Chef-patron Kostas Bouyouris makes a remarkable culinary proposition, putting an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients and their availability in the market. The menu includes classic and modern dishes – prepared with proper technique – with fish and seafood in the foreground. Interesting wine list.

      I'm just back from Galissas, my friend and me ate once in that taverna. We took the day fish which was much too cooked and the service was not really sympathic ! Deceived....
