Behind the Health Center, with breathtaking views of Evia, Tsougrias and Arcos, Christos Kaloyiannis, along with his wife and sister, serve the finest sea cuisine on the island, with many local dishes you will not find anywhere else. Try tuna sauteed with onion, shrimp with mushrooms, stuffed anchovies or seashells and filleted fish with tomato and onion. Also, when available, awesome lobster or crayfish with zucchini,and red mullet marinated with garlic and rosemary. Fresh vegetables from their garden.
