The “Vasilainas” of Athens is a charming fine-dining restaurant, elegant and classy, but very modern at the same time, which is particularly fond of wine. Dishes such as the salad with lentils, three different beets and smoked fried eel in a fantastic crust, and exceptional modern versions of traditional dishes such as the “savoro” are expression of a multifaceted modernism.
