Its name, loosely translated, means “together.” So, the restaurant combines a modern, comfortable environment with minimal references and a cuisine that relies mostly on seasonal products, under the culinary “governance” of Chef Nikos Thomas. The Chef draws inspiration from a Greek background, but nevertheless, he is open to influences from the international terrain, from which he draws ideas, assimilates them in a satisfactory way and, on that basis, arrives at a proposal of his own.
