A 100-year-old stone-built inn in the middle of nowhere, in the area of the Pomaks (near the borders with Bulgaria). The atmosphere in the lobby with the fireplace, the kilims and the pots and pans is cozy. In the paved, flowery courtyard there is a watermill. In the open kitchen, the owner Cemil Chaliloglou and his wife cook delicious dishes of the Pomak cuisine: potato pie with rice and homemade filo pastry, katsamaki (cheese, butter and grated onion), hot bean soup and a variety of kebabs, meatballs and chops.
