On the second floor of the Sofouli Center, with an elegant urban aura in the hall and on the terrace, the “Manitari” serves particularly well-cooked dishes, created by the award-winning chef Dimitris Pamboris. The menu draws inspiration from tradition, treating it with a creative attitude. Veal with silky eggplant puree, beef cheeks with mashed oven-baked potatoes and asparagus, and excellent “bougatsa” custard pie with chocolate milk. Greek Cuisine Award 2018.
