Now completely refurbished, one of the classic hotels in the area of Aghios Stefanos, with fabulous views of the sea and Chora, has become a charming boutique hotel, ideal for couples. The rooms of various types, which share Cycladic-style bungalows, combine soft color schemes with wood in natural color and comfortable bathrooms in deep anthracite gray. Although very close to the center of the island, relaxation on the comfortable daybeds around the spacious pool takes precedence, while Mediterranean dishes are served at the elegant tables of the restaurant. In the raised veranda, four chef’s tables are perfect for a romantic “degustation” dinner.
