Alpha Guide's evaluation
A jewel of a building, designed by Ernst Ziller, was converted very tastefully into a boutique hotel, where classic harmonically meets modern. Each floor has five comfortable rooms, of which the three on the front side offer panoramic views of the Acropolis. In all of them, however, the decorative approach has a unique character thanks to elements such as color contrast, Dutch furniture, handmade wooden panels and bathrooms with dark marble. The authentic and fully restored ceilings, floors and windows achieve a welcome synthesis of the past. The namesake rooftop restaurant and bar on the top floor of the hotel is a great favourite with outside guests as well.
