A sui generis restaurant in a wooden “treehouse” set up on the branches of a large pine tree on the beach of Ekies All Sense Resort. Chef Dimitris Pamporis improvises, creating a menu with personality, finesse, and deep relish.
Try the sea bass with cauliflower, mushrooms, and cocoa, and the lobster with tomato, almonds, kohlrabi and verbena.
