In this charming terrace in Corfu, Ettore Botrini continues his excellent, upwards course this year too, deservedly winning once again the title of the best restaurant in Greece. In a menu that exposes his personal memories from Corfu, the Ionian Islands, and his father’s homeland, Italy, the chef “embroiders” amazing creations with original combinations and a high-level technique.
Try the “azzardo” carbonara with nubulo cured meat and swordfish, and the “beetroot from Corfu to Sicily.”

      Υπεροχο φαγητο απο τον μοναδικο Εκτορα αλλα και τα αλλαντικα του Etrusco απλα μοναδικα.......πιστευω πως του αξιζε η προτια φετος ....και παλη συγχαριτηρια Εκτορα....
