One of the famous tavernas of the island with tables stretching down to the seafront and a kitchen that uses ingredients coming largely from the family farm. Wonderful traditional cheeses of Sifnos. Try the spinach pie with crispy phyllo, the caper salad, the perfect stuffed tomatoes and peppers, the pot-roasted rabbit with wine and oregano, the goat kid with wine and dill, the pancetta with lemon and mastelo cheese in Easter.
