Traditional food of Paros in a simple courtyard that looks as if it belongs to past decades. Locally produced ingredients and vegetables from the owner’s garden. Here you can eat a super tasty chickpea soup, artichokes with broad peas, string beans, and squab in tomato sauce . The fried dishses should be drier, though. Generous portions. A must hangout outside the summer season too.
