Yiorgos Markakis, the owner and the soul of this elegant modern restaurant with the colorful tables and chairs and the relaxing view of the lake, will receive you warmly and then will “hand you over" to the talented Chef Nikos Argyriou. His dishes highlight the Cretan cuisine and the premium ingredients of the region (cheese, legumes, fresh seafood and meat) with a modern spirit, imagination and a mood for experimentation, and alternate depending on the season and its products. The desserts made by a dedicated pastry chef and the cocktails with Cretan ingredients complement the picture.
