The iconic restaurant of Yiorgos Hatzigiannakis serves a cuisine with a pronounced Greek character based on selected materials mainly from the Cyclades. Chef Panayiotis Tsikas presents dishes with finesse and taste harmony. Try the carpaccio of smoked sardine with lard, onion confit, sea fennel and horseradish broth, and the sauteed sea bass with vine leaf pesto and fennel sauce. Toque d’Or 2018.
