The favored and well-kept tavern in the district of Tzitzifies, located a stone’s throw away from the “Stavros Niarchos” Foundation, has always carefully selected raw materials and shows mastery when it comes to grilling and frying. The head of the kitchen, Elias Balaskas, moderately refreshes the old, managing to spice up with sophisticated touches the immediacy of the savour to which we are accustomed to here.
