A listed mid-nineteenth-century detached house is the elegant seat of the creatively tireless Chef Ektoras Botrini in Athens. Apart from being a pleasant environment, it is also a place of exploration of tastes and ingredients. With imagination as their vehicle, they result in a menu with a modern face, which experiments with Greek flavours adding an international character to them.
