Amid the plane trees, almost on the river bed, with a rustic hall, large fireplace and kitchen, it is a gourmet surprise. Since they have their own fish farms, they cook trout in 9 different ways – the amandin trout (with almonds and oil) as well as their own smoked trout is a delight. You will also find some cooked dishes, as garlicky chicken and lamb in oil-oregano sauce and pies, from which we singled out the onion pie.
