The town’s upscale, modern bar-restaurant is primely located opposite the Venetian castle of Rethymno, sets tables on the seafront and features a beautiful dining hall. Also, it is environmentally aware, as shown by the fact that the kitchen chooses to use organic ingredients. Super tasty grilled octopus, smoked eel with poached egg and truffle sauce, risotto with cuttlefish ink, spiny chicory, and “anthotyro” soft cheese, mouth-watering pancetta marinated with honey and thyme, and refined tiramisu.
