Magnificent views from the terrace at the Port and modern restaurant setting with fresh colors and comfort. Dimitris Papadakis and Evdokia Despotidou create an exquisite cuisine, completely out of the island’s standards, that plays with imaginative combinations of aromatic herbs, fruit and vegetables and local products, serving stylish and well-cooked plates. We singled out the golden grouper Ceviche, the pie with local goat cheese and tomato chutney, the orzo pasta with crayfish, star anise, ouzo, leek and fennel and the rack of veal that matures for 11 days. The sweets are equally delicious: bitter chocolate ganache on caramelized digestive biscuits with chocolate sauce. The remarkable “homemade” white wine and the cool background music are additional pluses.
