Chef Dimitris Boutsalis collaborates with Executive Chef Asterios Koustoudis to create a menu of original specialties and contemporary versions of classic ideas.
Try the ravioli with pecorino di fossa, wild mushrooms, and pumpkin puree with chestnut, and the Fassona Piemontese carpaccio, with mushrooms, foie gras and parmesan foam.
