A super stylish boho bar-restaurant, beautifully incorporated in the scenery, has been set up in the – unknown to many – Zoska bay in Kavouri by the Agiostratitis family. Wood, in its sweet, natural color, dominates along with wicker, and the project develops many summer fun scenarios, from the sunbeds by the sea to the lounge bar to the restaurant tables, where you can eat with your feet on the sand. The chef of “Margi” hotel Panayiotis Yakalis, in cooperation with the chef of “Krabo” Dimitris Gouvianakis, have created a very modern cuisine that plays with seafood but also loves meat. The standout dishes: the calamari with sea urchin, fish roe cream, and roasted tortillas; and the original orzo pasta with crab, sprinkled with crunchy panko breadcrumbs.
