There is a sense of “secret” in the fact that you have to pass through a butcher’s shop to reach a basement that was turned into a high-level restaurant. The room is unfussy but beautifully laid-out. The rough wood floor, the lit rock salt bricks, and the comfy furniture add a welcoming coziness. The carpaccio, the steak tartare, the homemade Black Angus sausages, the pata negra gyros and the Bolognese sauce that is made with different types of minced meat set up the ultimate meat-loving menu. And as a bonus, you get what you see in the large showcase refrigerators that supply the shop: Kobe, Wagyu, Charolais, Simmental, Black Angus, and Co. Wines from the international vineyard and beautiful music.
