The hotel's summer restaurant opens on the roof garden on the 4th floor offering, besides beautiful views of the sea, the city and the Castle, the most remarkable cuisine in Iraklion. The gourmet dishes prepared by chef Zenon Christofides harmoniously combine Mediterranean and Cretan cuisine, with an emphasis on local products and aromatic herbs.
