This balcony on the picturesque harbor in Kolymbari is the ideal location for tasting a fish and seafood cuisine in a classic or more creative version but always focused on the freshness of the ingredients. It can be enjoyed in the marinated red mullet, in traditional dishes such as the moray “savoro,” in classic dishes such as the perfectly grilled parrotfish, and in original recipes such as the homemade ravioli with shrimp. Top dish: the white grouper with orzo pasta. “Argentina” rightfully remains a classic choice for years. Greek Cuisine Award 2018.
