It is one of the island’s most attractive, chic and high-quality beach-complex restaurants. Straight friendly, super stylish, lively and cheerful, it represents a complete all-day fun option. Beach, pool, bar, restaurant, afternoon parties, hip music, drag shows and a very good restaurant with creative cuisine by the renowned Chef Christophoros Peskias. Peskias shows his best self, with enthusiasm, creativity, premium ingredients and mastery, harmoniously blending Asia, the Middle East and Greece in a remarkable summer list. Some of the best dishes are the smoked, caramelized eel with beetroot puree and sauce from golden herring eggs; the Aegean Sea amberjack ceviche with shrimp, hard roe and sea urchin; the Peruvian potato salad; and the Black Angus rib eye with sweet chili sauce and potatoes. Excellent service, delectable desserts.
