Two- and one-storey apartments of 40-140 sq.m. in the traditional style of Spetses. It is housed in a historical building, a textile factory of the early 20th century, whose facade is still intact. All the apartments are comfortable, beautiful, with large bedrooms, spacious sitting rooms with fireplace and dining table, as well as fully equipped kitchen. The maisonettes have two bedrooms and a service room. The studio apartments have two or four beds, while the suites can accommodate up to four people. The presidential suites have two bedrooms, a lounge with traditional furniture and a veranda-terrace with amazing view. This summer the restaurant “Passional” will be found here.
