Alpha Guide's evaluation
It opened in 2014 and is a “boutique” accommodation option on the main road of Perama, on the slopes of the famous cave. Charming and tasteful lounge in the main building. Three of the nine suites are upstairs, while the others are divided into two smaller buildings, also built entirely with stone of Ioannina. Quality work in their interior (designer beds, lacquered cement, tailor made sinks and wash basins, underfloor heating and cooling) and French patinated furniture, which gives a touch of Provence in an otherwise minimalist decorative style. Five of them have a fireplace and two are two-storey maisonettes, with wonderful views of Mitsikeli and the Lake from the bedrooms of the upper floor.
